Atari Centipede

Atari Centipede is a classic fixed-shooter arcade game where your goal is to fend off waves of enemies including centipedes, spiders, scorpions, and fleas using your trusty bugblaster. Aim to survive as long as possible in this thrilling challenge! The bugblaster fires small darts at a segmented centipede, which is made up of 10 to 12 body parts, including its head. Each time you hit a segment, it turns into a mushroom obstacle, and every segment continues to move independently toward you. To destroy the entire centipede, you must hit its head specifically. Use your keyboard or mouse to maneuver the blaster and take your shots at the invading creatures.
